NOTICE OF STUDENTS’ UNION ELECTION (2024-2025)

We are pleased to announce that our college Students’ Union Election for the academic year 2024-2025 will be held on 02/08/2024(Friday) for the following offices of Students’ Union:

1. Prime Minister [III-year student]
2. Home Minister [III-year student]
3. Cultural Minister [III-year student]
4. Human Resource Development Minister [III-year student]
5. Deputy Prime Minister [II-year student]
6. Deputy Home Minister [II-year student]
7. Deputy Cultural Minister [II-year student]
8. Deputy Human Resource Development Minister [II-year student]

Students who wish to contest for the posts must collect their Nomination form from their respective Head of the Departments or the Students’ Union Election Committee members on 24/07/2024(Wednesday) and must submit their duly filled in Nomination form on 26/07/2024 (Friday) before 1.00 pm.

Eligibility Criteria /Terms & Conditions

• The candidate who files for nomination should not have any Arrear
• The candidate should have maintained minimum of 75% Attendance.
• The candidate should have actively participated at least in any one activities of the college (Activities like NSS, YRC, RRC, ROTRACT, Sports, Magazines, Departmental, Interdepartmental or Intercollegiate Competitions etc.).
• The candidate should volunteer to take up all the responsibilities of their offices effectively.
• The candidate should obey the rules and regulations framed by the Institution & the Students’ Union Election Committee. 
• The candidate who violates the norms shall be subjected to disciplinary actions.
