THE PLACEMENT CELL ACTIVITIES
(2020-2021)

1. One hour Motivational Talk on “Confidence Building” was given to III year student on 7/7/2020 for both Shift I & II.
2. Data base was given to Anudip Foundation to conduct Placement drive for all the Passed out III year students on 8/8/2020 of Batch 2019 – 2020. But no one got turned up for the same.
3. Ripe Academy had conducted a Two Days Workshop for III year students, Topic: “Virtual Employability Training Programme Of Barclays Bank” on 12/9/2020 and 13/9/2020. The topics covered on that was Personality development, Communication skills, Resume preparation, Interview handling, Mock interview handling, Group discussions etc.
4. Data base was given to Magic Bus India Foundation (Off campus) on 6/11/2020. Out of which 41 students got placed in different companies.
5. Sutherland Global Services conducted Online Recruitment Process on 10/2/2021 to all the final year student, of which 6 students got placed.
6. Reddington Foundation conducted Online training for III Year B.Sc Maths and III Year B. Sc Computer Science for Employability Training especially in Data Handling and Python on 10/2/2021. Total Training Hours are 128 hours.
7. Ripe Consultancy Services has organized Campus drive for all the Third year students on 13/2/2021 at our college campus. Three Companies were Visited and Interviewed the students. The companies who participated are Ajio, Thea Technology Pvt. Ltd., and Foxconn. Nearly 53 students got placed in those companies.
8. Our College has conducted Job Fair in Association with Magic Bus India Foundation on 22/2/2021. Nearly 25 Companies including IT organizations were present at the fair. Around 600 students were participated in the fair, Of Which 480 students received offer letters for the placement.
9. ICICI Bank has conducted Campus Recruitment for the Final year students on 1/3/2021, of which 46 students were placed.
10. Matrimony.Com Ltd, Guindy has conducted Interview for the final year students on 16/4/2021 for the Skill Training Program in Hand in Hand India. Of which 6 students were placed .
11. VF – TMF (Tech Mahendra) Centre, has conducted Four Months Medical Coding Career Linked Training Cum Placement Program to the final year Students of B.Sc Advance Zoology and B.Sc. Bio Technology from April 16, 2021. After completing the 4 months training (on July 21, 2021), the 4 students got placement in Reputed Companies in Chennai.
