1. The YRC volunteers of our college participated in 74th Anniversary of Geneva Conventions Competitions held from 30th August 2023 to 2nd September 2023 at Indian Red Cross Society campus. The following are the students participation list in various competition.<\/p>

2. The YRC unit of our college inaugurated the YRC program for the academic year 2023-24. The inauguration was followed by an orientation program for shift I and II volunteers on 7th September 2023 by Dr.J.Sulaiman, Youth Red Cross Chennai District organiser. Around 150 students participated.<\/p>

3. On account of World Mental Health day on 10th October and International day of the Girl child 11th October 2023, the Youth Red Cross unit of our college organized awareness programme on \u201cRelationship and Adolescence issues on 12th October 2023. The Counseller and POSH expert Dr. J.Vasanthakumari addressed the 150 students of shift I and II.<\/p>

4. The YRC unit of our college in association with Family Planning Association of India (FBI) celebrated \u201cInternational Women\u2019s Day\u201d on March 8th 2024. The awareness on \u201cCrevical Cancer\u201d and Women wellness by Dr. Priya Pasupathy, Professor of Community Health, MMC, was organized. Pamphlets carrying information about women\u2019s helpline were distributed to students.<\/p>
