\uf0d8 Over all 100 Students and 25 Faculties and Office Staff attended the Workshop.<\/p>

Overview<\/strong><\/p>

A Workshop was organised to the Faculties and students of the College by the Department of Commerce under the staff Co-ordinators:
1. Dr. V. Mahalakshmi Natchathiram
2. Dr. S. Jayalakshmi
3. Dr. T. Jayasheela
4. Mrs. D.Sujatha<\/p>

Resource Person:<\/strong>
Dr. S.Meera, Associate Professor, Retired, Former Head of the Department, Chellammal Women\u2019s college , 1982 \u2013 2015.<\/p>

The objective of the Workshop was threefold:<\/strong>
\uf0d8 To enlighten the students on importance of Professional Ethics.
\uf0d8 To bring the awareness among students about the implementation of Ethics in Business.
\uf0d8 To learn about the scope of application of Ethics in Business from view point of Creditors, society, Government and Consumers. <\/p>

Student Involvement<\/strong><\/p>

Students actively participated in the workshop. The students were divided into groups with 10 students each. Each group had a student volunteer who represented and conveyed the points. The session was an interactive one. The Resource person also highlighted all the factors influencing ethics in business and gave valuable suggestions to sustain the same in business.<\/p>

Outcome<\/strong>
The workshop really served the objective of the programme. All the students were taught about the importance of Ethics in a professional manner. Students enthusiastically learnt the practical aspects of the Ethics in Business.<\/p>
