  1. A Workshop on \u201cStress Management\u201d<\/strong> by Mrs. N. Vijayalakshmi., B. Sc., B.Ed., Vipasanna Meditation Centre was conducted on 07.2023<\/strong> at Seminar Hall Chellammal Women\u2019s College, Chennai. from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for the B.Com I Year (70) Students.<\/li>
  2. A Seminar on \u201cSelf-Motivation & Self Efficacy and Building a path to Success\u201d<\/strong> by Dr. K. Vasuki, Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Commerce, Sir Theagaraya College, Chennai 600 021., conducted on 07.2023<\/strong> from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Seminar Hall, Chellammal Women\u2019s College.<\/li>
  3. Department Association Inauguration \u201cCOMFEST 2023-2024\u201d<\/strong> to be conducted on 07.2023<\/strong> at Seminar hall Chellammal Women\u2019s College, Chennai. Five Competition namely, E-Quiz, Chart (Women Empowerment), Best Manager, Best Marketer, Block and Tackle to be conducted and prizes awarded to winners by the Principal and Head of the Department.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

          Overview<\/strong><\/p>

          We conducted different competitions as E \u2013 Quiz on Management Practices, Best Manager, Channel Surfing, Paper Presentation to the students of the department of Commerce under the staff Co-ordinators:<\/p>

          3. D.Sujatha<\/li>
          4. R.Rajeshwari<\/li><\/ol>

            The winners of the programme were given certificates by our Principal, Dr. V. Mahalakshmi Natchathiram.<\/p>

            The objective of the Comfest \u201922 was threefold:<\/strong><\/p>

            • To encourage the students to exhibit their talents.<\/li>
            • To bring the students out of their shell<\/li>
            • To learn the recent trends in the commercial world<\/li><\/ul>

              Student Involvement <\/strong><\/p>

              Students actively participated in the competitions and enjoyed all the programmes.\u00a0 The audience students learnt how to participate in the competitions and encouraged to participate in the future programmes.<\/p>

              \u00a0<\/strong>Outcome<\/strong><\/p>

              The Comfest 22<\/strong> really served the objective of the programme.\u00a0 All the students were encouraged to participate in their own talent oriented programmes. The students happily participated and won the prizes.<\/p>
